# Assistance Lights rotate between board and app

I love my Chessup2!

Played 9 games with my grandkids today. They creamed me.

I start all games in the app so I can record and analyze. I noticed after several moves the kids weren’t getting green lights at assistance levels 3-6 on the board. I happened to look at the app, and they were appearing there. Then they would come back to the board. Then they’d go back to the app.

I am hoping this gets fixed soon. I suspect when you internalize recording and exporting games from the board that this will be fixed.

Please keep up all the hard work you’re doing and keep those updates coming!

The OTB 2 player games will be ok soon. The app is made for ChessUp 1 and works with bugs for ChessUp 2. That’s why you run into problems.  
ChessUp 2 is meant for only board play without the app exept for the lessons that will come, than you will need the app for that.

@Criptix how do you analyze an OTB game then? Using the board directly the game is not exported to the app

For now there is no easy way. But it will be implemented soon.  
FYI (this you can read on the forum) and what you look for is 3.0.0
