# Best way to play my friend on chess.com via ChessUp board?

We both have ChessUp boards but struggling to play each other. Any guide on how best to do it?

You will both need to friend each other on the ChessUp app and then us the phone app to send/recieve game invites

This is coming in the next couple of weeks to do it directly from the board through [Chess.com](http://Chess.com) accounts (without the app).
We had to work through the implementation with [Chess.com](http://Chess.com) and it is almost ready for launch. Sorry for the wait on the feature - we know it is an important feature. We will announce it in the firmware update when ready.
