# Chessup2 board blinks as if somebody quickly touches figured

When I start a new game for two players I see this error message in the app

This is a brand new set. I tried to calibrate it and the app shows instructions for v1 which are not applicable to v2. The chessboard is in appartment for many days.

Video is unavailable?

Could be a faulty piece or a noisy charger. But would help to see a picture.

We can replace any faulty piece.

Thanks for the videos.

If the board still functions (touches, moves, board editor, etc) - then you are under or on a radio noise source. Typically it is a problem with the bulb or lamp, or a problem with a powered table. Relocating the board out of the noise solves it.

If the board is not functioning, then it is a faulty unit (and it can be intermittent - works sometimes and not others). Let us know if so - we can replace.

I moved to another location and it started working!
