Hello, I have the same issue, the games don´t want to pair ( the trick with the green pawn I have tried, but without succes. Isn´t there any issue with the access of the chessboard to the [chess.com](http://chess.com) server. thank you, Stepan, Czech Republic ---

Hello - my username is StepanChessUp. In the present, it´s almost impossible for me to get a game ( no matter, which time control ). Even, now I discoverd, that I have some lost games in my [chess.com](http://chess.com) archive, with losing rating, without any play. I tried also the most common time 3+2 but it also doesn´t work. The board is quite useless for me now. My username is StepanChessUp. Hello just wanted to echo some of the experiences that were highlighted in this thread. I just got my ChessUp 2 last week, primarily for the purpose of playing on chessdotcom. I’ve had a lot of issues finding matches. I played for a few hours last night, using just the board, with much struggle to get a game started. After turning on the board and searching for a match on chessdotcom, I will usually find a game but it will take significantly longer than normal. If I’m black I will often start the game down 30seconds, as it seems the game had been found and matched but did not update on the board so my opponent was just waiting for me. If I’m white, it would match, let me make the first move but then freeze up for 30s. The opponent would have made a move already but the board was seeming to lag behind for the first move. I’d again lose about 30s. In both of these cases, the game proceeded as normal and worked flawlessly from there. After finishing a game, if I tried to search for another game, I would never find one, it would get stuck on “Match starting soon”. I think under the hood, it was finding games and aborting them, getting stuck in weird state. I’d often see I was in a match if I logged in on the app. I’d have to turn off and on the board to get back to the beginning of this post, where the pattern would start again. I have played on two chessdotcom accounts: TheConRod and Kouzy14 Love the board when it works, looking forward to these issues getting resolved. ---

So an update on these issues - it is not all on our end. We are working with [Chess.com](http://Chess.com) to resolve ASAP. This is a new issue that started about ~5 days ago. We have everyone on our team working on it at the moment. It will be resolved as soon as possible. ---

So, today I wanted to play a 5/5 rated game. I got two opponents, in both I got black, but the games didn’t start because the opponents didn’t make a move. Could be coincedence and that both opponents left or something else but it could also be an Chessup issue? I also couldn’t resign the games and had to switch off the board. ---

What is the [chess.com](http://chess.com) account? There is an issue we are working through this week with matchmaking and game launch and we can look into the logs for your account and get is resolved. ---

Having similar issues— Everything works fine when playing against someone through [chess.com](http://chess.com), but I would like to be matched to play with someone else on Chessup2. It has never worked. No matter what parameters I put in for pairing, it just spins and then says rejected or continues to spin with no match. To be clear, it’s not an issue with [chess.com](http://chess.com). It is with ChessUp. Can anyone tell me how they solved this, please? ---

Thanks, Jeff. The account is momgenn. The account is not new. I have zero problems with anything on [chess.com](http://chess.com), only trying to be paired with someone through ChessUp. I go to the app, select ChessUp to play a random opponent and it does not ever work. Please assist.
