# Color bug chessup2 board

Hi everyone,

I purchased my chessup2 a couple of month ago. I like it very much. Unfortunately, it start to bug all the time, no idea why. I update it several times but nothing changed. Any clue ?

That looks like a bad LED (which can impact other LEDs as well).

Sorry for the issue - please contact our customer service and they can repair/replace as needed.
