I recently had to return my board for a fix. I can unequivocally say that my experience with customer service, from beginning to end, was timely, communicative, competent, friendly, fair, and generous. In an age when customer service is uniformly atrocious and stressful in nearly every instance, across all businesses, Chessup’s genuinely stood out for being what it’s supposed to be: helpful.

The ChessUp team really is great, they replaced my board after I first got it. So great to have a team that really care more about the consumer than small monetary gain
