Hello I would be interested in purchasing this chessboard, I wanted to know if you also ship to Italy and what the approximate delivery times are. I would also like to know if customer service is also active here in the event of malfunctions, thanks

Hi and welcome. Italy delivery is 4~5 days from order.

We have a warehouse in the Netherlands.

Customer service is USA based and 7 days a week.
