# Europe Shipping Update - Batch 2 June 19th

For European customers awaiting boards from batch 2:
- The cargo arrived in the Netherlands last week (where our distribution center is)
- However, it is still waiting transport from the dock to the warehouse. This step is taking a few days longer than quoted.
We expected to start deliveries today, but it looks like it will be later this week to start deliveries.

We are stuck in customs. Goods arrived June 16th and yet still have not cleared customs.
Freight company says 1 week until we have units in the warehouse. However once everything is in stock - we should be able to ship out the entire backlog in just a couple of days.

We cleared customs finally. I think the goods should be in warehouse tomorrow (July 7th) and shipments should start right away.

No problem to ask at all.
We confirmed the goods are in the warehouse as of today. Shipments start tomorrow.
This was almost 1 month from port to warehouse and not expected. Sorry for the long wait.

I donβt know if all shipments will be done by end of week - but they for sure said they are shipping and many are going out on Friday (July 14th).

If anyone is still waiting on tracking information - please reach out to us. Most orders have shipped but occasionally the courier needs more information. For example, to ship out of the EU, we need a phone number.
