# I got the board yesterday and its saying 'Starting Soon' when trying to start any Chess.com match now

Login issues should not be a recurring thing. Every once in a while [chess.com](http://chess.com) will require the login token to be refreshed (could be security update, etc). But typically it will last up to 1 year before you need to re-login. If it causes any issue again, here is the process:
