# Issue with login to chess.com

Hi,

Just received my board today and it’s really awesome. I downloaded the chessup app months ago and managed to connect both my lichess and [chess.com](http://chess.com) accounts. However, now that I have the board, I wanted to play on [chess.com](http://chess.com) and had the surprise that I cannot connect anymore. I first thought about having typed wrongly my password, so I reset it and tried on a clean browser, working flawlessly but still not in the app. Can anyone help me with this please? I’ve even deleted the app and reinstalled it with no luck

Nevermind, just cleared the cache and everything went well. I’m so excited to play on it, will be hard to work for me today

Hi Nicko, I’ve the same issue with Android. I need to ask… how did you clear the cache (I’m also guessing it’s the phone cache)?

Oh it’s quite easy it’s in the application settings on Android. For my Android distribution I go on settings → Apps → chessup → Storage then “clear cache”. You also have “clean storage” which I don’t advise you to do because otherwise you’ll need to begin from scratch, login in chessup, login in [chess.com](http://chess.com) etc. Hope it helps
