Hello, I recently created a new account for Lichess since I lost access to my old account on the platform. Now I am having issues connecting to Lichess via the Chessup 2 App with my new account since it wants to login to my old account which was connected months ago. Is there a way to “reset” my login for Lichess on the CU2 app? TYIA! ---

Are you on IOS or on Android? IOS I dont know but for Android you can clear the cache of the app. For IOS delete and reinstall the app I think. ---

I am on iOS. Unfortunately a delete and reinstall didn’t work ---

Yeah I think you need to reset the board aswell. If you do both maybe it will work. (If you are in the beta group) ---

Sorry for slow reply - I was out for a week. We may not have coded the simple logout for Lichess yet. You can reset all and that should resolve it. @Richard - any thoughts? ---

Tap the profile in the upper right, then choose the logout option. I just tried login/logout ~10 times. I did have one experience where the logout did not clear all the cached info in the webview and it continued to be authenticated under the previous user. I’ll take a look at it. ---

It looks like depending on the device it may or may not get cleared out. I’ll make some changes in the next Android release to make it better. ---
