# Logging into Chess.com on board

Is there any plan in future updates to be able to log into [chess.com](http://chess.com) on the board without needing the ChessUp app? Not a dealbreaker but not being tethered to another device would be a bonus.

You only need to use the app once, then the ChessUp 2 can log in itself.

But it will always require the app. This is because your [Chess.com](http://Chess.com) account can itself require facebook, google, or apple accounts to log in.
