This is with at least my board and I did submit a bug form for it but I will also mention it here. My board is not connecting to chesscom at all as of now even though it was perfectly fine yesterday, and I’ve tried everything to fix it including factory resets and nothing has worked. Does anyone know how to fix this or anything? ---

It can be the API on the [Chess.com](http://Chess.com) site is down. I can’t test for you right now but in 1.5h I can and will update this post. Update: just started my board and [chess.com](http://chess.com) works fine for me. ---

Please redo the [Chess.com](http://Chess.com) credentials: 1. Make sure the app is up to date 2. Make sure board is on WiFi and accept any firmware updates 3. log out and relogin to [Chess.com](http://Chess.com) settings-\>sign out of [Chess.com](http://Chess.com) [https://www.youtube.com/shorts/iCp3JVzVrzc](https://www.youtube.com/shorts/iCp3JVzVrzc) ---

This did not work, and the issue is still not resolved. I have tried everything now and it still is not working whatsoever with chesscom. Something that i recently noticed is thay the board is signing in, but only for about 2 frames on the board before signing itself out on the board but not the app. ---

Having same issue. Also when you hit clear credentials the board will flash the [chess.com](http://chess.com) menu, but it us unusable. Interesting side note. Went through the normal process of clearing credentials and even un-installed and reflashed firmware. No way to log into [chess.com](http://chess.com) on my board using an Android galaxy s24 ultra ---

Please make sure that you have 1. downloaded the latest app 2. opened up [chess.com](http://chess.com) in our app - and logged out Then do the setup. The server is rejecting the login because it is outdated. To be sure you get the latest app, you can delete the app and reinstall. ---

Hi i forgot to come back to mention, my app needed 2 updates so it worked after a 2nd hidden update.
