Hi! At the moment I am using ChessUp1 (until the No 2 arrives at my home). Since 2 days I can`t enter [chess.com](http://chess.com). After writing my name and password nothing happens und the fields are empty. With lichess everything works fine. Is there anyone, who can help me?

Hi Rainer, sorry you’re experiencing this. Let’s try this, in your phone go to:

Settings
Apps
Search for ChessUp
Tap Storage
Tap Clear Cache
Tap Clear Data

Let us know if this works, thanks!
