This is the feedback I got from ChessUp team. And with that I don’t have any issue with the bots anymore ” Thanks for reaching out! We’re sorry that this is happening, let’s find a solution together! After you’ve logged out of [Chess.com](http://Chess.com) on the board, we ask for them to wait for the green pawn symbol to populate. Once you have successfully logged into [chess.com](http://chess.com/), **go into the [Chess.com](http://chess.com/) menu on the board and wait 3-5 seconds. You will then see a green pawn populate near the WiFi symbol**. Once the green pawn shows up, you may now begin a match.
