I’ve started having this issue every once in a while where I move the piece to the suggested square but it’s not recognised. Easiest way to add a video is to use YouTube. I use the CapCut app to edit the video before uploading to YouTube, then just copy and paste the link in the post. Hope that helps (atleast for the video part) ---

Sorry for the issue - please check with the board editor if the pawn or the square has an issue. We can replace the faulty piece or board if needed - but this is most likely a bad pawn. ---

Ok great - how do I check with the board editor? Is there a guide somewhere? Thanks Jeff and thanks for being so responsive on here, it’s really appreciated ---

Tab on the boardeditor in the main screen with empty board. Then put the pieces on by one on it and check if they show on the boardeditor on screen. The pieces can be place randomly doesn’t matter. ---
