Just got my board 10 minutes ago here in Norway, and managed to loose to the Chessup bot alreadyšŸ˜Š Just a fast test before I take the dog for a walk. Iā€™m happy to say that every piece registered and I didnā€™t have any problemsā€¦except for loosing. So far Iā€™m very impressedšŸ‘ ---

So several steps to go: 1. Unload 2. Clear Customs 3. Schedule pickup (we hired a driver to wait, might save 1 day) 4. De-van at the warehouse 5. Pick, pack, label at the warehouse 6. FedEx / PostNL deliver We are going to turn 1-6 as fast as possible, but are at the mercy of others for 1-3. Takes a couple of days. ---

Europe shipments go out Monday or Tuesday. The bulk inventory just cleared customs and still needs to truck to warehouse and that will happen Monday. We did have a few hundred units of air freight stock but that is all gone now and anything without tracking is waiting for early next week. After the inventory arrives, it is 2-5 days from order to delivery moving forward. The Kickstarter, Indiegogo, and other pre-orders are all waiting on this ~3000 units to arrive (shipped by ocean, arriving in warehouse Monday) Sorry for the wait and I wish the inventory was just 1 day earlier so it would ship before this weekend, but I can confirm it did not make it to the warehouse today. ---

Shipment of ocean batch from warehouse has started since I just received a notification from PostNL that the board will be delivered to my house (in Belgium) this Friday (27/12). I am too impatient to play with it. Hoping I will not get a bad piece.
