# “Unable to launch game. Error(260)”

My board updated and now gives this error when trying to use the board to connect to a [chess.com](http://chess.com) match. Is this a known issue? Also can’t play against chesscom bots.

Same issues for me after update.

I have the same issue. I can’t play a game on chesscom.

Same problem. Just unpacked the board 1h ago, it ran an update, and I get that message when trying to play on [chess.com](http://chess.com)

Same issue here , has anyone heard back from ChessUp? Mine did the update and stopped working.

Works for me now! Can play chesscom and bots!
