OTB games in chessup2 have a PGN format not recognized by chess.com or lichess.
- Ng1f3 Nb8c6 2. g2g3 e7e5 3. d2d3 d7d5 4. Bf1g2 Bc8g4 5. Ke1g1 Qd8d7 . How do i get around to using lichess or chess.com analysis ?

When I copy the pgn to clipboard inside the app en go to chess.com - > analyse - > select the pgn button and paste the pgn there it works. Always do it that way. All on my phone.
Can you provide the mobile OS and the app version? If you can also send the id of the game, we can take a look into it.
I’m also having this issue. Chess.com will not accept most PGN’s I export from the Chessup app (iOS version 3.1.12). Board is also up to date.
I’m not too familiar with the PGN format, but some of the things I noticed was the long explicit notation, castling not being denoted as O-O (instead showing as Ke1g1 for example), and pawn promotion being recorded as h7h8q instead of h7h8=Q.
Manually ‘correcting’ (again, not sure what is valid or not for this format) the pawn promotion specifically did allow me to paste my game into chess.com without issue.
I’m also experiencing this via the ios app to chessdotcom. I love the board but this is extremely annoying, and I bet for a lot of people (everyone isn’t going to know to come here and report it).
@Jeff I’m glad that you’ve addressed it here. is there any estimate you can give on when this will be fixed?
