Great News! We have improved the process to export and review your over the board ChessUp 2 games. Over the board games are 2 player games and games vs the built in Ai.
Old way = bulk upload over bluetooth to app - only works when app is open and connected to the board and games would get overwritten after 50~100 games.
New way = games are stored in the cloud, pushed over WiFi, when they happen. (*If disconnected, will upload at next connection).
So now there is no need to consciously remember to sync the games board to app.
They will just be there when you open the app. Ready to review and analyze.
You do need a ChessUp account to have cloud storage. Accounts are free and most of you set one up when you installed the app.

Will this update arrive on Chessup 1 as well? (maybe the upload to cloud can happen through the phone app)
I just bought a used Chessup 1 board in very good conditions and I love it. But I noticed that last firmware update was from last July so I fear that it’s been left behind.
From what I understand, however, the only difference with the 2 is that there’s no built-in Wifi, no little monitor and no standalone integration with chess dot com and their bots (which did not interest me anyway). Does it mean that all the rest of the future features (app included) should arrive on Chessup 1 right?
I read some of your past messages assuring support for the 1 but I would like to understand to which extent (feature-wise) and if it will be supported as long as the 2.

Provided you are signed in to a ChessUp account this is available through the app for ChessUp1. When you navigate to the History section, the app will try to pull any games not played using the app and save them to the cloud. You’ll need to wait for 20-30s. If you don’t see them at that point, try pulling down from the top to refresh.
The latest board upgrade was installed, then I upgraded the app on my phone as was requested when I opened it after the board upgrade. I’ve played 3 ChessUP 2 bots since then and none have been loaded to my phone for review. The games uploaded fine before the upgrades. Please let me know how to correct this. Thanks!
Here’s the latest update: The boad updated to 4.4.6 yesterday and the bot games I played over the last several days downloaded all at once. I played another and it downloaded as well. I guess it’s all good now, but I’ll let you know if there are further issues. I appreciate your follow-up !
