Has the tournament started ? I see already a second round of it on the website… And how do i invite my opponent?(The name in chess.com is the same as it is in the challonge?)
Hello, It is to do with the number of participants in the tournament the best amount for a double elimination is normally 8, 16 or 32 as this means that there are balanced brackets and avoids byes. so to answer your question no the tournament hasn’t started yet and the more people that join the less byes there will be. Think most people have the same username on both but if not then put a post in here an we can find it out.

I have removed myself to make it fair on the others as it means no byes. To be honest I’m kind of busy for most of august spending time with family due to the holidays so may have been hard for me to schedule games in.
Im happy to run the tournament as admin if you still have a lot going on at the moment to take some of the work off your plate.

I started the tournament. You can enter your own score, if one does that it’s enouph. Also it should be possible to add a ‘comment’ so the game link should be added if possible.

Unfortunately the match between zonArt and me has to wait until Saturday or Sunday, because he is not at home until Saturday evening and we couldnt find time for it earlier. Hope this is okay for everyone
