Cleaning the board

My board is starting to get dirty and I’m wondering if there is any best practices for cleaning this board. The support page on playchessup.com says coming soon.

For the glass, a lense cleaner, alcohol or a glass cleaner? For the board, soap and water, a multi surface cleaner or alcohol? For the pieces, soap and water, a multi surface cleaner or alcohol?

I can say for sure that alcohol based cleaners work well. It is a textured surface, so cleaners that naturally evaporate work well (leave no residue behind).

The surface is really tough and hard to damage - but you do want a cleaner that will not leave residue.

Thanks @Jeff

I typically use lysol wipes on the board and lens cleaner on the diplay portion. I also use lysol wipes on the pieces because I have several students who play using the board daily. (No wipes on the felt portion though.)
