I think this issue was supposed to be fixed with a past software update, but recently we’ve had to log back on to chesscom numerous times. Anyone else experiencing this?
I will ask the dev team. It might have to do with us resetting some connections and servers from time to time.
I have not had an issue, I have been signed in and never disconnected.
Me too. Just after last firmware update I had to login and sinds then it’s ok.
Team wants more info on the exact flow here. For example, is the board losing the login, or is the app being used repeatedly, are you logging in to Chess.com elsewhere as well, etc.
Just walk us through the full flow?

We don’t normally touch the app, outside of logging back into chesscom. We do access the same chesscom account on a computer regularly, though usually not while using the board.
We just turned on the board to find that we had to log back in to chesscom on the board (using the app) the past two days in a row.
Had to sign into chesscom again today. Just reporting because I know a past update was supposed to fix this.
