Just received my board today and it’s really awesome. I downloaded the chessup app months ago and managed to connect both my lichess and chess.com accounts. However, now that I have the board, I wanted to play on chess.com and had the surprise that I cannot connect anymore. I first thought about having typed wrongly my password, so I reset it and tried on a clean browser, working flawlessly but still not in the app. Can anyone help me with this please? I’ve even deleted the app and reinstalled it with no luck
Oh it’s quite easy it’s in the application settings on Android. For my Android distribution I go on settings → Apps → chessup → Storage then “clear cache”. You also have “clean storage” which I don’t advise you to do because otherwise you’ll need to begin from scratch, login in chessup, login in chess.com etc. Hope it helps
