Are they planning on the live analysis to be on the board itself without the app?
Yes - you can currently do some of this.
Set up a two player game with your preferred level of assistance and you have live analysis (assistance).
The board editor will also be hooked into this soon, so you can analyze any position and play it out.
Also a live eval bar will be added to several game screens.

Would it be possible to do a game review at the end of an OTB game? Right now the only way to do it, as far as I can tell, is to import the PGN in the app, run the analysis, then look at the phone and it’s a bit weird to have two people staring at a small screen when you have a very nice board in front of you 
Yes - we will develop this. It will not be next month, but it is going to get done in our feature roadmap in 2025.
It is a rather complex feature - as people will want to pause, explore, etc - so we have to think through it and do it right.
