i played a game against a chess.com bot and it never went to my archive and its not in my records. I also played a 10 minute rapid rated online I am going to assume it disconnected on my opponent because a little stop clock was next to his name it winded down to the very end no record of the game no loss for him. I had to restart the board. Definitely impressed with the board its bigger then I anticipated and I’m hoping eventually it will have a way to do tournaments.
Tournaments has been a popular request and we will look into it for sure.
Sorry about the occasional disconnect - that is something we have patches on the way for and will be resolved soon.

Future ChessUp 2 customer here… I’d like to +1 this feature request. My primary use of the ChessUp 2 board is Adaptive Bot Play followed by a review on Chess.com with my Diamond membership.
Today I do this with a Millennium eOne + HiArcs Chess Explorer Pro + Komodo (Play) and Stockfish (Analyze) engines. This setup has a moderate technical barrier to entry, something ChessUp 2 and Chess.com can circumvent with the aforementioned feature.
