Abandoned game, clock ran on

I was playing a 10min game and the opponent just stopped moving on move 33. I watched as the clock on the board counted down and then opponents time went red. When the clock ran out of time nothing happened, the time just remained on the board. I waited to see if anything would happen but eventually I just had to turn the board off. I checked on chess.com and I lost the game because of abandonment.

I tried updating the boards firmware but for some reason it didn’t work.

@oridota @Richard - game log above with move issue - please review.

@king_chomchom - for the firmware updates, the board handles them automatically. The app is not involved. I would not worry about the message in the app. If the board is ever out of date, it will let you know and download and install the firmware by itself.
