In board update section it’s important noticethat board needs to be calibrated.
As a new user I wasted some time to investigate that it’s not needed for chessup2. Maybe it’s worth removing it from app if chessup2 is connected?
This is for ChessUp 1. That needs calibration. ChessUp 2 doesn’t need calibration because it has piece recognition.

Of course I know it now but it was misleading before I knew it.

Same here, I spent a couple of minutes for a way to calibrate the whole thing without any success and then checked to forum to see what I was doing wrong.
If the app can’t recognize that’s a ChessUp2 board (and thus remove that info from the screen), then at least it should be written in an easier-to-understand manner. It’s an easy fix, that would make everyone’s life easier

It would help if the language specified ChessUp 1. I was confused by this as well.
