Chess.com BOTS problems

I’ve recently started using the ChessUp Board 2 and I’m really enjoying it. However, I’ve noticed that the games I play against bots on Chess.com through the board are not being saved to my account, making it impossible to analyze them later. I’ve ensured that the board is properly connected to Wi-Fi and to my Chess.com account. Has anyone else encountered this issue? Is there a solution or an update that allows these games to be saved for later review? My firmware is 1.1.0 Thank you

Hi

There are serveral post here about that.

If you play the bots on the ChessUp 2 board alone they are not saved. They are looking to fix it but there are other things first.

If you want to save them for ChessUp 2 you need to play with the app and the board connected. When done playing inside the app you can review the game. Do that and it’s saved inside your chess.com account.

Thank you! I tried it, and it works perfectly when playing against bots from the app as you described. You were very kind, and you’ve improved my experience with the board, which I just received yesterday. Have a great day!

I was testing out the board editor to see if I could do chess 960 variants. I swapped the bishops and knights on each side to test. After c4 by white the g8 bishop square lights up and the menu freezes. Happens everytime even after powercycling the board.
