I ordered my ChessUp Board 6 days ago. It said that the estimated delivery time is 2 days after the purchase. Now the websites says since the beginning that the label has been created, but nothing happens. I wrote the Support 26 hours ago and haven’t got an response. My Order Number is #64942 and I ordered to Germany.
Can someone tell me if that’s normal?

Usually the estimate on the site is 3-7 days. We provide a range. I’ll ask the website team to confirm we are still providing accurate windows.
Sorry if the estimate was inaccurate. It shows delivered yesterday which is the long end of the typical time (had to cover a weekend).
