Hello, I live in the Orlando region and ordered the ChessUp2 from the kickstarter back in May. When I confirmed my address I got an order confirmation under order #22439 and was told that I would receive an email when my order is ready. It’s now December 9th and have not received an email or the product while everyone else seems to have gotten their board days ago. This is pretty concerning, I hope someone can clear this up for me.
About half of the orders have been sent out and the remaining half are going out this week. Tracking will be emailed when the order is packed. It ships UPS ground

Am in the same boat (Atlanta area). I think we are just getting the luck of the draw on this but fingers crossed it will be soon. I’ve bought from ChessUp before (version 1) and Jeff was great about making sure we were always well informed and treated fairly. I suspect we’ll have them in our hands before the 20th. So you are definitely not alone. I am 100% confident we will get the product soon, but it is hard to see others writing about getting theirs, so I feel your pain on that one. Just a few more days!
