Game not starting

Are there any current issues? Games fail to created on chess.com today after spinning forever. I also got some kind of crash. I should have taken a screenshot but wasn’t thinking. An error message about the UI displayed. I don’t know if that’s related.

If the game seek fails to work, check these things:

  1. test a game on chess.com without the board (app or web)
  2. redo the login on the board (settings→logout of chess.com)

Then try again.
