Having trouble connecting to games

Hello, my chessup 2 has been working great this whole time but all of a sudden my board is not connecting to chess.com games… I tried resetting it and it didn’t help. Unrated, 10/5 or 15/10 games. Saying “No player matched eventually”

First thing to try is to log out and log back into Chess.com.

Go to Settings->Log out of Chess.com. And then you will need to repeat the steps to get new credentials (with the board and our app).
