When trying to start a game on chess.com, I’ve been getting the attached error message about 20% of the time in recent weeks. I only play on the Chessup board. So there’s no chance I’ve started a game that’s “already in progress.” This error message then requires me to go to chess.com and click a bunch of random buttons, which seems to solve whatever the problem is in the chessup board. Thoughts on what is causing this? Thanks.

I’m getting the same errors for chess.com
We think this might be triggered by players choosing unpopular time formats(second row rapid/blitz), then cancelling to pick another, and are working on some logging to confirm.
Any progress on this front? It’s still happening. Thanks.

Could I ask for the value of your account’s settings from Login - Chess.com ?
- After Moving: do what?
- Allow multiple games: yes/no
- 2B Auto switch games
