Offline OTB 2 player game did not save

Hello,

Today I played two OTB 2 player games offline. When I came back and chessup connected to wifi, only the second game played was saved and ready for analysis. The first one seems lost. Is there anything I can do to make chessup save more games than one when offline? Is there any way to recover the unsaved game? Thanks!

Could you please private message me your board’s serial number? It’s available under Settings→About→SerialNumber.

There should be space for 25 offline games to be uploaded later. Once we have your serial number, we can check our logs during the upload.
