Don’t paint the felt bottom of the piece. I put a paper plate on a cheap lazy Susan, placed the piece in the middle, then spun the lazy Susan and sprayed at the same time. Took three light coats. You need 18 paper plates and one lazy Susan. Easy!

Forgot they have felt on the bottom..that makes sense and great idea on the plates and lazy Susan as was wondering how to get a smooth painted surface. Thanks

Wow! This looks great! I’m definitely going to try this. It is hard to see black on black. I just got my board and I love it. This would make it perfect, almost. If only the notation showed up a bit clearer. It’s probably not a problem for most, but I just have a bit of difficulty with low contrast.

Is it me or do the green ones reminisce of those light-absorbing decals I had a s a kid (luminescent in the dark) 
Great job though, very nice contrast but a bit on the neon side for my liking.
The green and pink pieces were submitted by someone using Ai to color the pieces. They are not painted.
Looking good. I may look into this myself but paint the black pieces more of a maroon colour.
