Problem starting a new game

I went to play a new game today on my Chessup 2 and it said “problem starting a new game, game already in progress”. I realized what I think the problem might be. I started playing daily chess (one move per day) on my phone so I could work on deeper calculation. I had a daily chess game in progress when I went to play a rapid game on my Chessup 2. Is that why I can’t play a rapid game? Has this happened to anyone else?

I don’t think a daily game should interfere - but we can double check.

Usually this message is from a cancel request that failed because the cancel request was made right when a game starts.

This for the follow up. I did have a player abort a game on me. I tried to start a new game soon after so maybe that was the problem. I’m pretty busy for the next few days but I will try again on Monday.

I did check this with a daily game on my account, and wasn’t prevented from starting a game on the board.
