Hello, I’ve not seen much here about shipping timeframes in 2025. What’s the average time for international shipping (UK), and how good is the communication if there are delays to your order? It looks like the orders are processed through Shop, so do orders get cancelled if it takes too long to ship as that has happened to me in the past with other sellers through the platform. Thanks for the help!

I ordered 6. March and shipping time was exactly 2 days. Destination country was Germany.
We are waiting for restock in Europe right now and current Europe orders will deliver in late May. The checkout/order page shows the estimated shipping and it is specific per region. The order does not get cancelled and we are available 7 days per week for support or any questions. Once the restock is there, then it will be delivery within 4~7 days for ongoing orders.
North America and Asia/Oceania are still in stock.

Hey Jeff! Ordered the board from South Africa on 5 April - really looking forward to engaging with this product! Any ideas of when shipping is expected to go out to this part of the world? The shipping timeline indicated that it could take up to May to get here.
Hey Francois. I ordered on March 16th and received it March 31st, which was about a week later than the site indicated it would be. The holdup seemed to be in Joburg.
Based on what Jeff said above I reckon you’ll be affected by lack of stock in Europe. Mine appeared to ship from the Netherlands.

South Africa is fulfilled via our Europe warehouse. So it is waiting on the freight shipment that arrives in late May. Sorry for the wait. If anyone is in a urgent situation and wants to pay for FedEx air from USA, we can help out there.
