Undo a move with chess up bots

I love my ChessUp board and use it daily. I would like to know if it’s possible to undo a move when playing against a ChessUp bot—that would be very useful. Also, is there a way to view the history of games played against ChessUp bots?

Hi

Chess.com bots work like online games and you can’t take a move back.

For game history against bots, it is possible now to view them inside your chess.com game history. It’s not confirmed that it will be a fix forever but it works for me.

I believe you can just move your piece back to where it was. But you can not do that after moving the bot’s piece. In other words, when you see the light and and hopefully see your mistake, you can just tell your move back.

Not sure why it doesn’t let you rewind more than one move but that’s the current state.

On a related note, I noticed that when playing against a Chessup bot… the bot’s move is only a suggestion, we can play any other move for the bot.

Could there be an option to force the player to play the correct bot’s move?

Hmmm, I was thinking it was a question against chess.com bots.. My bad. Sry .

Yes you can undo as long as you have not made the opposing bot’s move.

If game is played to completion, you can use our app to upload it and review and export.

The user can self enforce that. We will not make it a software option.
