Just started a game vs. A chess.com bot. After just my 4th move something just went bad . Black did not reply to my move G4 . Any ideas? I went to chess.com to see what was happening during the game at that point and you can see the message I got in the photo. “ Recieved checkmated by both players “ - try again.
I am not sure - seems like something on the chess.com side. This is our first report of it - we will take a look.
Any issues with games after this one?
Hey Jeff , I didn’t play any games at that point. I figured I’d just cut my losses. And let you guys know there’s a blip somewhere.

Had the exact same issue this morning with the ‘both sides checkmate ‘ message and game auto terminated. Im aware that maybe this is a chess.com issue but noted here of course so everyone can complain as well ( joking ) . This occurs very early in the game . 4 moves and it basically froze up .
