Am I the only one whose Chessup 2's lights stopped coming on since the last update?

Hi! Kickstarter supporter here. My Chessup 2 was working perfectly fine recently. The other day, I turned it on, allowed it to apply the new update and now the lights aren’t coming on at all. Not in Chess.com, not in checkers mode, not against built-in bots, and not in 2-player mode. I’m not seeing any discussion of this on the forum, which kind of worries me after investing so much.

Does anyone know why this might happen and if there’s likely a solution(update or otherwise) to it in the near future? I’m going nuts not being able to use it.
