I got my board in mid December, and I haven’t had too many problems with it (Besides a laggy king, which they have already sent a replacement for, so it’s working fine now) but I stopped playing on it for a few weeks, and I got it out recently to play it, but when I first turned it on, only the lights under the white piece’s lit up, usually it’s both white and black pieces’ squares that light up. I was a little worried, but hoped that it wouldn’t be like this when playing online. It turns out, it’s a little more complicated than that: When playing back or moving black’s pawns, the middle files will only light up the second square each pawn can go, not the first one infront of them, but is seemed to light both the first and second squares when touching the pawns on the files near the end. Most of the time, when moving pieces from black or to black’s side, it only lights up ranks 1-4/5. I reset the board and made sure that it had downloaded all of the updates. Please help me fix this! Also, if possible to get the board working normally again, I’m willing to attempt to make a commercial that I’d love to get you guys’ feedback on for the board.
