Hello there. Yesterday received my chessup2 and one piece isn’t working. So I can’t use the board. I’ve send and email to the support and no one seemed to answered yet and I don’t know what might be the problem and what is the procedure. It’s extremely annoying not be able to use the whole board with a faulty piece.
