App connection problem

Hello,
I am unable to use some of the board’s features. My board needs to connect to chess.com which requires me to use the app to login. Unfortunately whenever I open the app the update download screen appears and the board is non functional. If I leave the screen up long enough (the other option is to power off) the board displays “update ready 3.3.5” and I can click “update” or “later”.

If I click update, (which I’ve done many times) it proceeds to download the update but the problem just repeats.

If I click later, the problem repeats.

Whenever I open my app, the update downloading screen comes on.

Anything I can do to fix this?

This is a likely bug in the current firmware that impacts some boards - we’ve got a fix and are testing it. Can you PM me your serial number and I’ll double-check that’s the cause?
