Sometimes that screen shows up and just get stuck there
Try to reset the board to factory. Looks like it’s freezing. Also make sure it’s fully charged.
If that’s doesn’t work I would contact costumer support info@bryghtlabs.com. They will help you out.
Try to drain the battery. Once it’s drained, charge it up again until the charge status indicator is green.
If that doesn’t help, please reach out to Customer Support at info@bryghtlabs.com and tell them you’ve drained the battery, but that doesn’t fix it. I’m sorry that’s happening!
