I am curious if I can connect to the board with my device and play with my Chess.com account and then (at another time) another family member use their own device/chessup app and connct to the board and login to their chess.com account?
Hi @FredSanford4 we are working on Family accounts that would allow for this. We hope to have this released in a firmware update within the next couple of months.

Thanks Justin. In the meantime, is the process done by logging out of my chess.com account on ChessUp app and then a family member uses the same device to login to their chess.com account?
Got this for Christmas and the family loves it, so this will be a key feature for us. Thanks .
Hi @FredSanford4 yes. You can log out on the board and then log in with a different chesscom account using the same procedure with the phone. This is a common request and is a priority for us and we look forward to getting it released for everyone.

I want this feature. easy change user in 1 click then the device will restart and change user.
