I can’t play off the board only from the app it stays like this. Turned it off and back on . Nothing.

Yes please try the re-login, it will give you a new sign in token which should fix the connection.
Hmm I have the same issue unfortunately - followed the video twice but still stuck in the “Starting Soon” screen. Same for chess.com bots.
→ just now there appeared the warning message that there is some internet outage on the screen. Helpful 
Edit: for me it’s back online.
