I tried to play a game on Chess.com today and the ChessUp 2 board won’t connect to let me play. It just says, “Waiting for internet connection.” It connects to Lichess just fine. I have tried logging out of Chess.com on the board multiple times, a full factory reset, connecting to hot spot, restarting internet, and deleting and re-adding the Wi-Fi with no success. It doesn’t say failed to connect to Wi-Fi it just is stuck on the “Waiting for internet connection” screen, I even left it on for a few hours to see if it would eventually connect and it never did. I have had the board since November 2025. Any idea what is going wrong? Any help would be appreciated

I am having the same issue. I can connect to WiFi and lichess is working but chess.com and the in board bot does not connect to WiFi.
I see this is a recurring issue to many people but I never really see a solution.
Contact costumer support info@bryghtlabs.com. They help everyone personal. They have the knowhow.

We’ve identified a board connectivity issue impacting a small number of ISPs, this should be resolved - please do give it a try.
