Cannot launch chess.com games

Hi,
I received my chessup2 board two weeks ago. At first it worked fine (able to launch chess.com game from the app and directly from the board).

Since a few days ago, I cannot start chess.com games from the board. It says it is waiting for an internet connection even though the wifi is on.
And when I try launching from the app, it keeps on looping for an opponent but doen’t seem to find one. (When I try on Lichess from the app, it works fine).

Coulu you help me ? It is frustration two weeks after receiving it.

Unfortunately it didn’t solve the problem.

Here is the screen I keep getting when tringle to launch chess.com games from the board (in French, it means “looking for internet connection”, even though the wifi logo is on)

@Richard - any thoughts?

This message means that the first two steps of connecting are complete, but we’re unable to reach the necessary server across the internet.

Some things to check:

  • You can see the name of the WiFi network the board is connected to under Settings->WiFi Networks.
  • Can you connect a phone to the same WiFi network, disable mobile data, and still generally access internet sites with the browser?
