Shipping cancelled

Ordered on 12/14. Received an email with tracking information via UPS on 12/16. Just checked the tracking last night because it has not been received and it says that the shipping was canceled by the sender five minutes after the label was printed. There have been no additional emails from the company and the charges are still showing on my credit card. Tried to contact the company, but they are closed until Monday. The website says that new orders can be delivered by Christmas Eve if I order now but I’m not sure if I should re-order. I don’t want to be stuck with two. Has anyone had this experience? My 12 year old is going to be so disappointed if this is not under the tree. Please help!

The warehouse replaced the label - your shipment arrives Monday. I sent new tracking just now.

Sorry for the confusion and false alarm. Unfortunately our warehouse system emails “cancelled” anytime they change the label and then does not send the new tracking. Obviously something we will want to fix for the future.
